Why St. Joseph?

Your family has many options when it comes to your child’s education. We are confident that St. Joseph Catholic School will provide your child the best experience for educational and spiritual growth. We will prepare him or her for success at the next level.

Our teachers, staff and administrators have developed a culture where our focus is on educating the whole child. We place emphasis on strong math, science, and language arts curriculum, as well as the arts, wellness, and our Catholic faith.

A preschool thru 8th grade experience awaits your child. Our curriculum is based on Chicago Archdiocese and Illinois state standards. On average, our full-time teachers have 15 years of classroom experience and 20% have Master’s degrees. They stay apprised of current technology and educational trends through professional development opportunities. Mrs. Kathy Fawley serves as the assistant principal.  She oversees and manages the testing and assessment of students including classroom tools, RTI, MAP, and ACT Aspire testing, as well as additional administrative tasks.

At St. Joseph we pride ourselves on maintaining an environment that is conducive to student success.
